My whole life I have had music in and around my life. My first concert with my parents was Joan Jett, and my first concert without my parents was Billy Idol. I dare say Dad should have chaperoned me for that one…but that’s a story for a different post.

There are cycles in my life where I am more attuned to the sounds of the day, and lately I have discovered a way to find new music faster. I tune into radio stations on Slacker Radio, then when I find a tune I like, I make a Pandora Station of that artist. Doing that leads to newer and newer artists, and better stations. Below are my latest Pandora Stations that have surprised me. Not all of them are revolutionary and some bands are downright old, but listen. You’ll be grovin’ in 30 seconds.
